Notes from General Meeting of May 2, 2007

Hi Skiers,

It is time to get started again! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

At the meeting on May 2, 2007 it was decided to do the Shack cleanup on May 12th at 8:00 AM (rain date 5/19). It will be very important that everyone turn out to help since we have a lot extra to do this year. We have the makings of some very nice docks to put together and we have to put Dr. Patel's docks in. All this will take a lot of help so please come and help. Skiing will begin on 6/4/07 at 6:00 PM.

The dues have been increased to cover the extra cost of gas & to have a third ski night most of the summer. Boat drivers will be paid $50 per full night of pulling. If you would like to pull, check the shack for a calendar with sign ups. The dues will be $85 for the first family member and $50 for each additional family member to a maximum of $200 . We are starting the year with about $1850 in the checking account and $8064 in the 2 CD's. The web site is costing $120 per year & we are looking for a cheaper place for it.

It was decided we need just a few items to repair some skis & wakeboards. There are still a few t shirts $ sweatshirts available, see Ryan for sizes & colors.

We are having a sign made up to welcome new members, to be placed on the shack. We have planned an Ice Cream night for 7/9 or 7/16 and a Hamburger Social for 8/20 .

Ski nights will be as follows:

6/4 to 6/15 – Monday & Thursday only with one boat

6/18 to 7/6 - Monday & Thursday with two boats

7/9 to 8/17 – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday with two boats

8/20 to 8/31 - Monday & Thursday only with one boat

These nights will be highlighted on a calendar at the shack!!

Please attend the Shack cleanup this Saturday May 12 th !
